When taken as a whole, this model requires many different types of stakeholders to work together in order for it to be implemented well. On the hardware side, you need architects and engineers. On the management side, you need people to develop protocols for operations, to identify and train agencies or community managers, and to monitor facilities. Throughout the entire process, you need entities to fund the project, engage with communities, and oversee all aspects of project implementation.
In this section, you’ll find the entire list of partners who were involved in Project Sammaan and more general guidelines on the types of skills and competencies required to implement each aspect of the model.
